Waahhh!
DH had to throw the blackberries out today. They were fermenting. This is because he took them from the car and put them in front of the refrigerator in the garage. Not IN the refrigerator .... in FRONT of the refrigerator. Then nothing. Neither he nor Lynn went back out there to take care of them. In fairness Lynn was gone most of Sunday. I was crashed most of Sunday. But what ticks me off the most is what I just heard DH say regarding the pity of having to throw them out; He muttered "I didn't think it was my responsibility." Dear Lord, I so appreciate his support.
At least he picks me up if I fall. I just had to get this off my chest.
Good night, TTYL and Be Well
One of my fellow Tweeters (Kath I) posted this classic: "The 10 most famous two-letter words in the alphabet: If it is to be, it is up to me!"
ReplyDeleteThat has been my cranky motto for decades. lol
Hi Webster,
ReplyDeleteHow horribly disappointing to have to throw the blackberries away.
I would be very pissed off if that had happened to my blackberries.
Hope you have a good day today.
Love,
Herrad
I've been there too, seems we have ESP to know what they do, and when things go wrong it is our fault not theirs! Well I always say "payback's a bitch" So don't fret, make him go out and pick more berries for your pie! SMILE DAR!
ReplyDeleteHA HA HA I could not have read this one at a funnier time! I went grocery shopping all by myself. Bought two chickens, Didn't notice when I only put on in the freezer. The other one I found in my trunk the next day after it had been sitting out in 88 degree heat!
