Stone #2: January is the oft filled month of diets, of looking in the mirror and being unhappy with what we see. Well, I say that i t’s time to finally make peace with our bodies, to stop abusing and berating them and start honoring them as the beautiful homes for our souls -- b ecause that is what they are. I am not my mind, but that which listens to it, and I am not my body, but that which contains it.
