Busy, stressful day

Today was the day that my Service Group selects it's Woman of the Year. We voted at our meeting last week, and tonight are having a catered dinner and the big reveal. I was supposed to be there at 5:30, but I was late. Between the directions being off by about a mile, and the fact that I have difficulty reading street signs after dark and was unfamiliar with the neighborhood, I was driving around for an extra 30 minutes finding the place. This year we did it a little differently; We decided that we ALL are woman of the year! because each of us chips in to do as much as we can. So we all got a tiara hair comb (very cute), and took a really nice group photo to send in to our National organization. Yes, our Chapter does things a little differently. True to form, my body clock is turned around about 180 degrees from normal, so I went to bed at 8 AM Sat. and got up at 2:30 PM. I had to get up to dry the load of laundry I had DH do last night so I could show up  with something warm to ...

First things first. I want to welcome my six new followers! Now that I have been visiting more blogs, and branching out into artsy and Zentangle blogs, I am discovering a new world out there. Yay! Thanks for following! Once I get my printer issues figured out, you'll be seeing more of my art work. I haven't written since January 23, which was Chinese New Year, but I was more concerned with the week of snow we had, and the ice storm that followed. I had to cancel our meeting and reschedule it to the following week. Also in January, I finally saw my neurologist, and I decided to go back on Copaxone after my "injection vacation" of around nine months. During that time I did have a relapse which left me with some more mobility issues, and I did not have any relapses while I was on the  Copaxone. So, it was my decision alone, no pressure from my neuro, but he's happy that I decided to get back on it. He mentioned Gilenya, but said he wasn't too happy to hea...
