Swiss cheese
I have been seeing images of swiss cheese lately. Pictures of small cubes of cheese with holes in it on a platter, photos of sandwiches with the edges of slices in them sticking out, picture of a tee shirt with a block of swiss cheese on it and a mouse eying it closely. I don't even like swiss cheese that much. It has a nice kind of nutty flavor, but it smells like feet to me. My mind has been working like it's made of swiss cheese lately. I sit down to write something, either for my blog or something in preparation for my meeting Thursday evening, and once I boot up the ole' laptop and get settled with my coffee I've forgotten all about those things I wanted to do. I think it might help if I turned off all extra noise in the house that just serve as distractors; and I can't even blame DH for the noise, because lately he has been reading a book on his computer, and not playing constant television shows.
