Old Habits are Hard to Break

Here it is, 6:35 AM and I am postponing going to bed. It's crazy, because I am tired. But I just finished crocheting my second hat, a beret this time, and then started playing online Solitaire. I am just like my Mother in that regard. She would stay up really late at night, playing Solitaire at the dining room table.

Yesterday, I started reading The Case of he Missing Servant by Tarquin Hall. It takes place in modern Delhi, India. The first chapter was good, and I hope the rest is as well.

Just so you know, I'm not ignoring you, I read your blogs faithfully, but I am trying to do some other things as well. This is the week for that, it's rainy, windy and cold; typical November weather.

Thanks Herrad for the award. I'll put it up after I'm done writing, which is now.

Good night, TTYL, and Be Well

Good post, and you are right old habits are hard to break.
I still enjoy playing solitaire too.
By the way all the awards were for everyone.

  3. Hi Herrad, Pogo Solitaire rocks! I realize the awards were given to several of us. Still much appreciated. Thanks. Finally got to bed at 8 AM (!), and got up at 4 PM. Now it's 5 AM once again, and time for either reading or knitting or Solitaire.

  4. Hi Marty, Yes, my schedule is "around the clock" as I am won't to say. I guess I live a Swing shift kind of life. Take care.

  5. Hi - I thought I was the only one who's internal clock is totally screwed. Lots of going to bed when the sun is coming up. Slept the entire day. Sunday. Got a call @ 6:30 pm & I asked them what they were doing up so early. I thought it was 6:30 am! Needless to say I shed some tears over how helpless I felt. Take care & try to rest easy.
