Tribute to M.C.Escher

For those of us who sometimes can't think right, or see correctly, looking at an Escher painting makes our issues seem minor. At least I think so. So enjoy this, okay?

Good Night, TTYL and Be Well,

  1. My father introduced me to Escher's work very young. One of the ones I like best is the hands drawing each other, though I never met an Escher that I didn't like.
Thanks for this post - I love it.

  3. I have always been amazed how Escher could make impossible angles and happenings appear completely possible in his drawings. I particularly love the hand that is coming out of the drawing that it is drawing (if you know what I mean).

  4. I love looking at Escher's works. Several years ago, I used those drawings as a basis for a writing assignment for my students!
    Peace,

  6. Remember his show at the Seattle Center about...uh-oh, gosh, over a decade ago now...well, I loved it. Funny how I recall things depending on my MS at the time---my cane during Escher.
