Tribute to M.C.Escher
For those of us who sometimes can't think right, or see correctly, looking at an Escher painting makes our issues seem minor. At least I think so. So enjoy this, okay?

Tribute to Escher in Barcelona
Good Night, TTYL and Be Well,

My father introduced me to Escher's work very young. One of the ones I like best is the hands drawing each other, though I never met an Escher that I didn't like.
ReplyDeleteThanks for this post - I love it.
i love Escher! always been very fascinated with the work... thanks for sharing this!
ReplyDeleteI have always been amazed how Escher could make impossible angles and happenings appear completely possible in his drawings. I particularly love the hand that is coming out of the drawing that it is drawing (if you know what I mean).
ReplyDeleteI love looking at Escher's works. Several years ago, I used those drawings as a basis for a writing assignment for my students!
ReplyDeletePeace,
Muff
My son LOVES Escher and went to the Escher Museum in Barcelona several months ago. What a trip!
ReplyDeleteRemember his show at the Seattle Center about...uh-oh, gosh, over a decade ago now...well, I loved it. Funny how I recall things depending on my MS at the time---my cane during Escher.
