This and that ...
First of all, Joanna Jenkins is a having a give-away over at The Fifty Factor of one of Attila the Mom's exquisite ornaments and a cash card. Go check her out and see for yourself. I already ordered three of these ornaments and they are quality pieces in a variety of colors. They would make nice gifts.
This is the lovely silver one which I think would look just great dangling from some special spot well into the snowy Winter.

I have to go download a bunch of books from the library. I tried just before Thanksgiving, ad after spending a lot of time, I realized that I did it wrong, and now I have to do it over. I hate the whole close out of Linux, reboot into Windows, do the down loads, close out of Windows, boot back into Linux thing before I get the books. I guess this is why I save up and do 8 - 10 at a time. Sigh.

I had Thanksgiving at my cousin's house, and yesterday my brother came over and brought me leftovers! Even half of a pumpkin pie. I think he got carried away and cut into it before remembering he was giving it to me, lol.

I have been wanting more sleep; Lots and lots of sleep. I hate to be cold so I like to remain cuddled in bed about three hours longer than I should. Then, once I get up, within an hour or so, I find myself dozing in my chair. This is just not right. I need to make an appointment with my PCP for a check-up. Maybe I'm anemic or something.

On Friday, the Zentangle class I organized went off without a hitch. We had eight people there, and at the end when Linda put our eight Zentangles together with the unified string, everyone was amazed at how different they all looked, even though we were each working with the same four tangles. Way cool. One of these days I will post some here. Logistics are difficult. Bear with me. Oh, and because I organized it, I didn't have to pay the $35! BONUS.

Oh, and I ran across this in my wanderings and thought you might enjoy it too.
On that note, I'm off to the virtual library!
Good Night, TTYL and Be Well,

Good Night, TTYL and Be Well,

I like "this and That" since my brain thinks like that! I would have difficulty download books too?? Nice brother to bring you food...I sleep a lot sometimes but I take meds that cause drowsiness...
ReplyDeleteThat's a gorgeous ornament.
ReplyDeleteThat video is cute. Amazing. Who could have guessed that cows like jazz.
ReplyDeleteGood luck with the virtual library. Dinosaur that I am I still love books. Paperbacks. Hardbacks are tooooo heavy now.
ReplyDeleteAnd that ornament is gorgeous. Thanks.
I loved the cows with jazz video. Makes you wonder what they're thinking lol.
ReplyDeleteHi!!! I love your ornament--it's sooo pretty!!! and I have to tell you that a few months ago I was anemic and didn't know it...so, I guess it is good to have it checked, especially because I think I took folic acid and I was fine--yay!!!
ReplyDeleteXO
Cindy
Kim, books are easy to download; I just have to switch back and forth between operating systems which adds an extra step.
ReplyDeleteKaren, it's not too late to enter Joanna's giveaway. It's on the right side of my blog. I bought three of Attila's ornaments and they each are well made and lovely.
Rae, it was probably a breath of fresh air for them after hearing
MOO yelled at them from car windows for years. LOL
Elephant's Child - I prefer to read actual books too, but I have a hard time with my no-line bifocals, so I listen while I do something else with my hands, like crochet.
Sherry, read what I said to Rae. LOL
